Since 2012, we have been the reseller of the CAFM software Axxerion in the DACH region with years of know-how and are therefore responsible for the distribution, implementation and customer support of the system.
Spacewell focuses on making building management smarter and creating a better user experience through PropTech solutions that integrate BIM, IWMS, and the Internet of Things. The Workplace Tool is considered the first complete, turnkey software solution for implementing a smart building and is compatible with most sensor technologies. By leveraging real-time IoT sensor data, facility managers can monitor and improve energy data, comfort, and space availability, provide real-time support to building users, and deliver more effective, activity-based services.
PropTech innovation and global expansion
In recent years, Spacewell has accelerated its growth through both PropTech innovation and global expansion. After adding its solutions to Nemetschek Group’s wider presence in August 2018, the company expanded its range of solutions in January 2019 by acquiring the Netherlands-based multi-tenant SaaS provider Axxerion. Axxerion’s workflow-based cloud software offers lighter functionality and easy configurability, enabling rapid activation. In December 2020, Spacewell acquired DEXMA, a provider of innovative SaaS solutions for data management. DEXMA’s AI-powered energy intelligence solution enables companies to accurately track energy consumption in their buildings, reduce costs, and reduce their environmental footprint. With united forces, we can work together to create a more sustainable future. Through these acquisitions, Spacewell now offers a full range of solutions for smart building, facility, real estate and energy management.
