We are the official reseller of CAFM software Axxerion, a Workplace and Facility Management solution from Spacewell | A Nemetschek Company. As Spacewell’s DACH partner, we support our more than 70 customers with modern all-in-one software that makes processes more efficient and makes everyday work easier.

More than 2 million people worldwide rely on this solution every day – from maintenance to contract and space management to room and workplace booking. With around 40 modules, our system offers everything companies need to optimally control their facility management processes. The best part? Axxerion runs entirely in the cloud and can be used from anywhere.

We are responsible for sales, software introduction to our customers and the Axxerion helpdesk in German-speaking countries (DE, CH, AT).

Working in a modern office

At the beginning of 2026, thanks to our strong growth, we moved into an approximately 800 square meter office space on the Loddenheide campus (Münster). A modern and technically well-equipped workplace awaits you here.

In the office we work together in Open Space. All worktets are equipped with new curved screens, height-adjustable tables and ergonomic chairs.
Of course, we also provided sufficient meeting areas and rooms for concentrated work and smaller appointments.

In our kitchen we find ourselves together for lunch or coffee.

In our lounge you can also take a more leisurely approach to everyday work or simply take a short break.

And of course, Office dogs are always welcome with us!
