To digitize its facility management, the Serviceplan Group introduced central CAFM modules: inventory and contract management, ticketing system, maintenance planning, and room and catering reservations. The solution creates a unified database, simplifies processes and ensures greater transparency in daily FM operations.
Thelen Gruppe
The Thelen Group, including its subsidiaries related to the property, with over 5,600 employees, 58 subsidiaries in the field of construction, planning and management of real estate and various cooperations, aims to develop, implement, rent and operate sustainable properties, business parks and neighborhoods using intelligent and innovative concepts.
Nordsee Restaurants
NORDSEE GmbH is Europe's number one in fish system catering. Around 5,000 employees, in over 330 restaurants in Germany and Austria, must be provided with facility services by the FM department. A total of 60,000 m² of gross floor space must be managed and maintained by the FM department. For typical FM tasks such as waste management, compliance with government regulations, construction-related FM, sustainability projects and the like, a CAFM system offers great relief in fulfilling daily tasks.

The US company, headquartered in Houston, Texas, processes and markets petroleum products in over 15 countries. Phillips 66 employs approximately 14,000 people worldwide. It operates around 10,000 petrol stations in the USA, Germany, Great Britain, Austria and Switzerland (in a joint venture).
Fröbel Gruppe
The FRÖBEL Group operates crèches, kindergartens and after-school care centers in 10 German federal states. The pedagogy of the provider's offers and services is based on the work of Friedrich Wilhelm August Fröbel. One of the main focuses of the group (1/3 of those cared for) is working with children under three years of age. The FRÖBEL Group's mission statement focuses on children's rights.
Agricultural cooperative
The company we present is a wholesale partner of the local primary cooperatives, which are responsible for business with farmers. In regions without primary cooperatives, subsidiaries of the company supply farmers directly.

Waser Works‘ scope of services includes all facility management services. These include technical building operations, maintenance planning and execution, house maintenance, professional cleaning, extensive gardening work, technical services, control and emergency services, site and area maintenance, and winter maintenance.

Oest Tankstellen GmbH & Co. KG has been part of AVIA Germany since its founding in 1952. The AVIA Group is a business organization founded in Switzerland in 1927. Medium-sized oil companies have joined forces to form the AVIA brand. As a founding shareholder of the German AVIA, Oest Tankstellen GmbH & Co. KG operates a network of petrol stations in southwest Germany. In total, AVIA operates around 800 stations in Germany and over 3,000 in Europe.

enercity Netz GmbH is a subsidiary of enercity and a municipal energy supply and service company operating in Hanover. enercity supplies approximately one million people with electricity, heat, natural gas, and drinking water. With sales of €3.7 billion and approximately 3,000 employees across the group, it is one of the ten largest energy supply companies in Germany.
DS card + drive
As an energy trading house, DS supplies its customers with heating, power, lubricants and electricity. These include import, wholesale and retail trade, tank farm logistics and the operation of petrol stations. The Chemistry division develops and produces customized chemical formulations for a wide range of areas such as metalworking fluids, cleaners, paints and varnishes, fibers, paper and agriculture.

The municipality of Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf uses Axxerion particularly in building and land management, which ensures transparent and precise management of existing resources. The integration of inventory management allows the municipality to better keep track of its meters.

ABDA - Bundesverband deutscher Apothekerverbände
The ABDA – Federal Association of German Pharmacists' Associations is the umbrella organization of German pharmacists based in Berlin. It was founded in 1950. All 17 state chambers of pharmacists and all 17 state associations of pharmacists are members of the ABDA.

The Stadtwerke Klagenfurt Group (STW Klagenfurt) is a public Austrian energy and water supply company. The municipal utilities offer services and products such as district heating, natural gas, water and electricity. The group aimed to make energy consumption more transparent, efficient and ecological. Therefore, the introduction of EnMS software was unavoidable.

Since 2019, avitea Industrieservice GmbH has been using the CAFM software Axxerion to digitize central FM processes. In particular, the ticket module for incident reports and the maintenance module for planning and managing regular inspections were introduced.

The company has many years of experience in developing concepts for customers in the retail sector as well as smaller property management companies and the industrial sector. The tasks are primarily related to building management, maintenance and problem solving.

The company, based in Waldbrunn in Lower Franconia, now has around a quarter of a million members in more than 30 studios in Germany, Austria and Poland.
With Axxerion, FIT/One GmbH will in future manage the master data of all buildings and studios, handle area management and inventory management, as well as the management of contracts and the vehicle fleet.
