Getting to know you

Getting to know each other and live presentation
Gradually, through a live presentation, we will introduce you to our CAFM software and show you the numerous modules and features. Presentations can take place both on-site and online. In all discussions we will be happy to address your individual requirements.

Your requirements
Not sure what processes you want to implement with our software yet? No problem! In a detailed workshop, we will work together to develop your requirements for our system. These will be compiled in a protocol that will be made available to you after the workshop.

Module selection
We help you choose the best modules for your internal processes. You can introduce all modules of our SaaS (Software as a Service) solution individually, in stages or in their entirety. You only pay a set price per user each year, not per module.

Proposal preparation
We will be happy to provide you with a quote at any time that is individually designed to meet your needs. Our proposal concept includes a detailed list of all calculated costs as well as the implementation procedures of our project team. If any questions arise from the offer, we will clarify them in a joint meeting.

Data summary and integration
If necessary, we will also provide you with samples for data compilation to enable a qualitative and fast import. Just talk to us.

We also define all processes and goals together during implementation. You decide how much support you need for data migration and implementation. In our training courses on how best to work with the software and how to manage it yourself. Even after the introduction, our support is always available to you.

From requirements description to software introduction. You will always receive personal attention from us. Even after implementation, we are always there for you! If you would like to change something or have any questions, our support department will be happy to help.

Together we define the objectives of the project. Our team not only translates your challenges into concrete solutions, but also shares their best practices with you.

Trainings and workshops
Part of the implementation process is the professional training of your employees. This is where all colleagues who work with our CAFM software are integrated into the system by our team. Various training concepts help to pass on the right knowledge to the right users.

Project control
All procedures in the project are documented by our consulting team and are transparent at all times. This also includes possible budget overruns or rescheduling, which are always agreed with the customer in advance.

Support

Our support for your success

Our support consists of two levels:

The first level of support for your organization is your in-house application and system administrators (first level).

The second level of support is the support from us to your organization (Second Level). This support is provided via „online support“.
We also offer extensive options to adapt your CAFM system to your needs and requirements without requiring any programming knowledge. These changes can be made either by yourself (after the respective training) or at your request by the Key Account Manager.

An RFC (Request for Change) procedure will also be agreed between you and us to request, record, and process changes by default.

After implementation, the client can also use a ticketing system in our customer portal. We provide the access data for this to each customer after the project has been completed. The operating hours of the certified data center in Frankfurt and the backup data center are 24 hours on 7 days of the week. We also guarantee 99.8% availability per year.

We are very pleased that you are interested in Axxerion and would like to give you an insight into its practice.
For this, we will be happy to present our system to you in a one-hour online meeting.

If you tell us in advance which modules and processes you would like to map with CAFM, we will prepare the presentation accordingly. We will also discuss the implementation of your project and costs with you in the meeting.

Our helpdesk

Whether it is a consultation at the beginning or questions remain after implementation.

Our telephone helpdesk is available for you on weekdays (Mon. – Fri.) from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 0800 – 440 4421 and will quickly take care of all your needs.
We do not charge a fixed monthly amount for the availability of the help desk. No further costs are charged for system-technical problem handling either. Reporting problems is also possible electronically. The email address to use for this is helpdesk@mavorest.com.
