Our roots go back to the German branch of SPACEWELL | A Nemetschek Company. Our company evolved from this in 2012 and is now an established provider of innovative solutions in the field of Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM).

From the beginning until now
2012 – Acquisition and establishment in the DACH region
In 2012, the German branch of the software company Spacewell (formerly Axxerion bV) was founded. InCaTec Gruppe GmbH took over this branch and founded an independent start-up – uns, then still InCaTec Solution.
With this acquisition, InCaTec obtained exclusive distribution rights for CAFM software Axxerion in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Since then, we have not only been a leading implementation partner for Axxerion, but have also supported numerous companies in digitizing and making their facility management processes more efficient.
2019 – The development of Axxerion and Spacewell
In 2019, Nemetschek SE, one of the world’s leading providers of software solutions for the construction and real estate industry, decided to add the Dutch company Axxerion BV to its portfolio. As part of this acquisition, the company was renamed Spacewell Netherlands. Since then, Spacewell has been a wholly owned subsidiary of the Nemetschek Group and continues the development of the Axxerion platform, founded in 2003.
Today – New name, same passion
After more than a successful decade under the name InCaTec Solution, we are now turning a new page. Since 01. In January 2026 we will have our new name: mavorest (IPA: /ˈmæ.və.rɛst/).
In September 2025, the receipt of the majority shares in InCaTec Solution was announced. This means that we are now independent of our previous parent company, the InCaTec Group, and have now built our independent identity.
The conscious separation from the previous classification gives us more freedom in our brand development and clarity for our customers and interested parties.
Our management remains in the hands of Maximilian Jöne, now supplemented by Markus Hilmes, who has been our sales manager for over ten years. We continue to distribute the CAFM solution Axxerion in the DACH region and accompany companies from a wide range of industries.

Through our many years of experience, we have been able to continuously adapt the software solution to the specific requirements of our customers in German-speaking countries (gefma, REG-IS and other features).
