The Diakonie Düsseldorf was founded in 1916 and is a Protestant welfare association organized within the Diakonie Deutschland. Around 3,100 employees and 1,600 volunteers help people of all ages at a total of 271 locations (including 238 in Düsseldorf). The activities of Düsseldorf’s largest welfare association are diverse and include, for example, caring for children in daycare centers, caring for older people, and supporting people with addiction.
The real estate management department of Diakonie Düsseldorf consists of four teams. These include technical building management, commercial real estate management, construction management and department management. In total, around 1,000 Diakonie employees now use our Axxerion software to create tickets.
At the moment, our consultants are in the process of implementing the pre-established requirements of the Protestant Welfare Association. The ticket system, area management, operating cost accounting and the presentation of complete processes in the event of possible insurance losses were particularly important.
Work is also currently underway on integration options for REG-IS or external users, as well as on interfaces to SAP and MS Outlook for appointment functions, deadline calendars and warranty periods.
