Fels-Services is a building and plant management service company operating in the Frankfurt region and the entire Rhine-Main area. The company has many years of experience in developing concepts for customers in the retail sector as well as smaller property management companies and the industrial sector.
The tasks are primarily related to building management, maintenance and problem solving.
The initial requirements for our Axxerion software were fault management, maintenance functions, and support for technical janitorial tours. Key management, cleaning management and winter service documentation were also set as conditions.
Now, with Axxerion, in-house technicians can provide feedback on maintenance themselves via a specially developed app and conveniently sign orders via their smartphone. The warranty tracking with the system also makes the work easier after implementation.
