The company, based in Waldbrunn in Lower Franconia, now has around a quarter of a million members in more than 30 studios in Germany, Austria and Poland.
With Axxerion, FIT/One GmbH will in future manage the master data of all buildings and studios, handle area management and inventory management, as well as the management of contracts and the vehicle fleet.
In a very short pilot phase, our project team of consultants has implemented a ticketing system for FIT/One GmbH, through which the studios can report technical concerns and add affected inventories to the tickets via QR code.
These tickets are received at headquarters and assigned to external service providers, some of whom also work in the system. Currently, 85 users use our software solution – some at headquarters, others via studio access.
