For over 80 years, HABA FAMILYGROUP has enriched families and institutions with high-quality products in the core areas of family life, games, education, exercise, clothing and furniture. Under its umbrella it brings together the well-known brands HABA, JAKO-O, HABA Pro and HABA Digitalwerkstatt. Since its founding in 1938 by Eugen Habermaass, the HABA FAMILYGROUP, based in Bad Rodach, has been in family hands.

Functional requirements for our Axxerion system included:
- To let isolated solutions converge into a complete solution
- Digitization of existing data
- Linking all contract documents
- Allocation of properties/locations to responsible persons or pre-selection of third-party service providers
- Discontinuation of interference messages
- Test documentation/test planning of testable systems and tools
For this purpose, the maintenance planning, documentation and ticketing system modules are first implemented. In the future, around 2,000 users will be able to trigger orders and tasks in Axxerion, report disruptions and query statuses.
