In a joint project with the mavorest team (formerly InCaTec Solution) and BBS Cloppenburg, Remmers Baustofftechnik GmbH has begun implementing Axxerion.
Remmers is an internationally active company in building materials technology with headquarters in Löningen, Lower Saxony. It offers various products in wood protection, monument preservation and installation. The development from a one-man operation to a strong medium-sized company is not an accidental product of the economic miracle. It is characterized by planned, entrepreneurial action with three constants of success: continuity, innovation and expansion!
Since the beginning of the year, preparatory work has been underway to introduce Axxerion as a multifunctional control tool for operational and maintenance planning. In the first step, the storage and inventory management functions are set up. This is followed by the implementation of preventive and reactive maintenance strategies.
To include the requirements, an experiment was conducted in collaboration with us and BBS Cloppenburg. The requirements were taken up by four students from the Technical College, specializing in mechanical engineering, at the BBS Cloppenburg. Under the guidance of the project managers of Remmers Baustofftechnik and us, the students worked out a basis for further implementation over several weeks.
The maxim of „straight line“ served as a guideline. The four students should therefore not base their work on the possible further options or problems, but exclusively on the most obvious solutions. Axxerion was able to optimally support this approach through its high flexibility in setting up any requirement to measure. Feel free to read our article „Passed with top marks“.
