The headquarters of Waser Works AG is located in Urdorf near Zurich. The company was founded in 1982 and is currently run by Ronny and Remo Waser in the 3rd generation. Waser Works‘ scope of services includes all facility management services. These include technical building operations, maintenance planning and execution, house maintenance, professional cleaning, extensive gardening work, technical services, control and emergency services, site and area maintenance, and winter maintenance.

Since being acquired by the third generation, the traditional cleaning company has become a modern, digital facility management company.
