Since 01. July 2020, we can officially call ourselves members of the Association for Digitalization in Real Estate, industry association CAFM RING e. V.
The Association for Digitalization in Real Estate, CAFM RING eV, is an association of software houses and companies for professional planning and service in the operation of real estate and technical facilities. Its members stand for a uniform understanding of the industry as well as a promise of transparency and quality in the interests of users. The RING actively participates in market activity by developing and promoting technological and qualitative standards, promoting education and training, and promoting dialogue and knowledge exchange between industry stakeholders.
Emerging from the CAFM division, its members include operators, software houses and companies for professional consulting and services in the digital operation of real estate and technical facilities. In collaboration with users and other associations, they are committed to making digital transformation pragmatically understandable and more quickly accessible to those responsible for the operation of real estate and technical facilities – based on openBIM. However, anyone wishing to participate must first meet the admission criteria to receive the RING certificate and membership.
