Experience & Recommendation

What experience has been gained during the introduction of Axxerion?

Marc Engelmann (deputy. Head of FM/Head of Back Office) provides the following feedback:

„The vision is to position Axxerion as the central hub for the entire ordering of technical services and construction services within the Thelen Group and to be perceived as such. In addition, the company’s own construction contractors will also be integrated into Axxerion more closely than before.“

Mr Engelmann draws attention to a few more points:

„Focusing on what is essential is essential! The „bread and butter“ processes must be mature and lived through the team. Ideally, these have already been thoroughly examined and adapted with regard to value-added measures. If these processes are complete, also due to continuous training measures and uniform designations/labels (e.g. document titles), further processes can simply be taken productively. I think the production process based on the principle „Done beats perfect“ is right. Even though the process hasn’t been fully defined yet and is perhaps 100% consistent, I would always take it online and then wait for employee feedback. This approach only works if a staff member is also designated as an admin for maintenance, which I would always recommend.“
